Customer Services Executive-Life Operations Department

Our client is a leading life insurance. They serve individual and institutional clients from a variety of portfolios.

  • Perform post-sales and courtesy call
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle written enquiries such as incoming mail, faxes and letters
  • Assist and support any ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the manager
  • Provide professional customer services and relationship building

  • Degree holder
  • Pass in IIQE I, III & V
  • FLMI / ACS is preferable
  • 2 years of working experience in customer services in life insurance or banking industry
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferable
  • Good PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
