Job Purpose:

To assist the Section Head to monitor the job efficiency, objective achievement and manpower planning. Set objective to all team members and monitors their performance so as to improve sales achievement


  • Understand and ensure all team members are compliance to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties
  • Motivate and coach all team members to achieve sales targets, improve job satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage resource effectively to support different Marketing campaigns and maximize sales output.
  • Strengthen training in sales techniques and selling skills to sustain optimum results and maintain the image of professionalism
  • Conduct performance review with team members on regular basis, provide feedback and counseling.
  • Regular review on working procedures or sales transactions of wealth management products so as to ensure maintaining the high level of achievement and output.
  • Support system enhancement and UAT of workflow related projects.
  • Give idea to Marketing to develop or design new business product to boost up Bank profit yield.
  • Collaborate with other departments to stimulate sales output of wealth management products through phone or other channels
  • Train and develop subordinate staff members



  • University degree with minimum 7-years experience in sales of wealth management products with supervisory experience, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
  • Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8
  • Strong sales management skills and sales culture.
  • Good in sales motivation and people management skills
